Our website was rebuilt from the ground up using our own content management system called DPCM (Direct Publishing Content Management). DPCM helps us to easily achieve our stated business objectives and to lower the cost of maintaining a commercial web site.

Our web site is 2-way interactive as it provides a direct link from our customers to our back-office systems. The website is another means of doing business with us.

Our implementation goes beyond the web form or email communication mechanism that is prevalent in today’s websites. When you contact us via the website, your request is automatically captured by our Customer Management System which also keeps tracks of all other requests via faxes, phone calls or correspondence.

Your request will trigger an internal process with a management cycle. Unless it is satisfied within a certain time frame the issue will be escalated to other members of our customer service team.
